i just wrote like five paragraphs about this in response to a CFC post and accidently hit the back button and that shit is gone.

oh well. i have ideas about the commodification of persons versus the commodification of personas. and some other shit about how systems of power amplify the meaning and reach of individual celebrity/public figures actions beyond the bounds to which they are/can be responsible for/to those actions.

BUT I AIN’T REWRITING ALL THAT SHIT RIGHT NOW SO…

maybe tomorrow.
